Thank you for choosing Honnmono's equipment rental service. After you complete the payment, please carefully read and abide by the following usage rules:
1. Equipment rental period: Your rental period is five days and four nights.
2. Delivery Arrangement: Honnmono will arrange delivery (SF Express) to a SF Express point or smart locker within 2 days of receiving the deposit. Due to the previous cases of lost packages due to unavailable delivery and the high value of DC, we will uniformly deliver to the point or smart locker to ensure safety.
3. Return Process: Customers may choose to return the adapter in person at a designated location in Zhuhai (reservation required via WhatsApp). Customers may also choose to return the adapter by mail, with the rental period ending on the day it arrives at the Honnmono office.
4. Inspection and Deposit Refund: Upon receipt of the adapter, Honnmono will inspect it to confirm that it is free of damage. Upon confirmation, the deposit will be refunded within 5 business days via FPS or bank transfer.
5. Penalty regulations
5.1 Late Return: If the customer fails to return the adapter at the designated time and location, a surcharge of HK$200 per day will be charged. Returning the adapter after 9:00 pm or not at the designated location in Zhuhai will be considered late return (a surcharge of HK$200 per day).
5.2 Late Return Penalty: If the customer fails to return the DC adapter within the rental period, a late return penalty of HK$200 per day will be charged. The penalty will be calculated from the first day of the rental period until the adapter is returned or the 7th day.
5.3 Purchase after 5 Days: If the customer fails to return the adapter within 5 days of the rental expiration date without providing any notice, the adapter will be deemed purchased. In this case, the customer will be charged the full retail price of HK$7,588 and will not receive a refund of the deposit (i.e., the full deposit of HK$5,000 plus the retail price of HK$7,588). We reserve the right to take legal action in such circumstances, and the customer will assume all legal responsibility.
5.4 Handling without Notice: If the customer fails to return the adapter at the end of the rental period without providing any notice, we will immediately suspend the customer's rental service and calculate a penalty fee from the first day of the overdue period.
6. Special Circumstances: If you are unable to return your device on time due to force majeure, such as bad weather or a traffic accident, please contact customer service on the day of the incident and provide relevant proof. Upon confirmation by customer service, the overdue fine may be waived.
7. Final Interpretation: Honnmono reserves the right of final interpretation of this device rental notice. In the event of any dispute, Honnmono reserves the right of final decision. After payment is complete, please reply "Agree" to indicate that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms of Use.
