02.使用流程&綁定設備

 

 

A-使用流程

 

1. 將快充轉插完全插入電動車充電接口上,注意需要把卡扣扣上。（注意事項：如果之前從未使用過該充電樁品牌,請先掃描充電樁上的二維碼,進行註冊並為帳戶充值。）

2. 將充電槍插入快充轉插,注意充電槍的卡舌要扣上快充轉插的扣位。

3. 充電樁出現二維碼,請使用微信/支付寶(中國版)掃描二維碼進入小程序,按下充電按鈕即可開始充電。啟動充電後,快充轉插大約需要30-50秒與充電站進行通訊,才能開始充電。

注意事項:充電结束之後,若想再次使用快充轉插,必須等快充轉插指示燈熄滅3秒後再啟動按鈕。

 

 

B-綁定設備

 

1. 手機打開honnmonoAPP掃描裝插側面的二維碼。

2. 根據App提示進行綁定設備。

 

 

 

03.更新固件程序

 

轉插Pro可通過 OTA 功能更新韌體，如需了解更多資訊，請聯絡我們的 WhatsApp 客服同事。

 

 

04.VIN碼插電式充電技術(可選使用/不使用)

 

• 不論有沒有使用VIN碼充電,轉插的使用都不受限制,可以借給無限數量的人使用,並且不受車型限制。

• 每輛車都有自己獨特的車輛識別號碼(VIN碼)。要使用VIN碼充電,您需要先在充電站品牌註冊您的VIN碼信息,並為帳戶充值。由於使用快充轉插,充電站將直接與快充轉插連接,而非與汽車直接連接。因此,您可以使用Honnmono APP來註冊/取消註冊快充轉插中的VIN碼。

• 目前支持VIN碼充電的品牌包括: 小桔充電，開邁斯，星星充電，南方電網。

   

注意:由於香港車牌與中國大陸車牌不同,小桔充電無法在其應用程序中直接註冊。但是,您可以提供臨時入境機動車行駛證明,我們可以為您進行註冊。

通過以上步驟,您就可以成功配對快充轉插,並使用VIN碼插電式充電技術。這項技術為可選使用,一旦成功配對,使用將不受限制,可以借給無限數量的人使用,不受車型限制。同時,我們對支持VIN碼充電的品牌進行了列舉,并提醒您注意小桔充電的特殊要求。

 

VIN碼注意事項

 

1. VIN碼即插即充服務需要在充電樁小程序註冊之後進行車輛認證才能開通。

2. 使用即插即充服務還需要再honnmono的APP裏掃描轉插上面的產品二維碼進行綁定。

3. 兩次輸入的VIN要一致，否則會導致充電樁即插即充不成功。

4. 充電不成功後，切勿把充電槍連帶著轉插一塊拔出後不進行分離直接重新插進車輛充電口，這樣也會導致充電不成功。

5. 充電不成功時，要把充電槍和轉插拔出（充電槍和轉插要分離），重新按照順序先把轉插插進車輛充電口再把充電槍插進轉插。

6. 使用充電樁充電時要把車輛停到規劃範圍內，電纜拉扯過長導致充電槍插進車輛充電口時電纜懸空，這樣會導致充電失敗和損壞車輛充電口。

    

 

05.注意

 

• 只能用幹布清潔

• 避免拆卸、摔落或重擊

• 建議使用者先選擇大型充電站的品牌，例如：小桔充電，快充，開邁斯，樂充，易事特，特来電等等。

• 如果充電不成功，可以嘗試站內的其他充電樁，很多使用者反映部份充電樁有可能本身己壞掉。

 

 

06.保修

本產品保修 2 年，我 們 轉 插 一 旦 發 現 有 曾 經 折 開，及出現誤用、失誤操作、疏忽、車輛事故或改裝，保修將失效。我們的保修只包括自然損壞。

02. Usage Process & Bind Device

 

 

A - Usage Process

 

1. Fully insert the fast charging plug into the electric vehicle charging interface, making sure to fasten the latch. (Note: If you have never used this charging pile brand before, please scan the QR code on the charging pile to register and recharge your account.)

2. Insert the charging gun into the fast charging plug, ensuring that the latch of the charging gun is clipped onto the fast charging plug's buckle.

3. Once the charging pile shows a QR code, please use WeChat/Alipay (Chinese version) to scan the QR code to enter the mini program, and press the charging button to start charging. After starting the charge, the fast charging plug needs about 30-50 seconds to communicate with the charging station before charging can begin.

Note: After charging is completed, if you wish to use the fast charging plug again, you must wait for the indicator light on the fast charging plug to turn off for 3 seconds before pressing the start button.

 

 

B - Bind Device

 

1. Open the honmono APP on your phone and scan the QR code on the side of the plug.

2. Follow the prompts in the App to bind the device.

 

 

 

03. Update Firmware Program

 

The plug Pro can update the firmware via the OTA function. For more information, please contact our WhatsApp customer service colleagues.

 

 

04. VIN Code Plug-in Charging Technology (optional use/not use)

 

• Whether or not to use VIN code charging, the use of the plug is unrestricted, and it can be lent to an unlimited number of people without vehicle type restrictions.

• Each vehicle has its own unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). To use VIN code charging, you must first register your VIN code information at the charging station brand and recharge your account. Due to the use of the fast charging plug, the charging station will connect directly to the fast charging plug instead of directly to the car. Therefore, you can use the Honnmono APP to register/cancel the VIN code in the fast charging plug.

• Currently, brands that support VIN code charging include: Xiaoju Charging, Kaimasis, Xingxing Charging, and Southern Power Grid.

   

Note: Because Hong Kong license plates are different from those in mainland China, Xiaoju Charging cannot be registered directly in its application. However, you can provide proof of temporary entry vehicle operation, and we can assist you with the registration.

By following the steps above, you can successfully pair with the fast charging plug and use the VIN code plug-in charging technology. This technology is optional; once successfully paired, use will be unrestricted and can be lent to an unlimited number of people regardless of vehicle type. At the same time, we have listed brands that support VIN code charging and reminded you of the special requirements of Xiaoju Charging.

 

VIN Code Notice

 

1. VIN code plug-and-charge service requires vehicle verification after registration in the charging pile mini program to be activated.

2. Using the plug-and-charge service also requires scanning the product QR code on the plug in the honmono APP for binding.

3. The two VIN entries must be consistent; otherwise, it will result in the charging pile plug-and-charge being unsuccessful.

4. After a failed charging attempt, do not pull out the charging gun with the plug still attached without separating them and directly reinsert them into the vehicle's charging port, as this will also result in a failed charging attempt.

5. When charging fails, the charging gun and plug must be removed (the charging gun and plug must be separated), and they must be reinserted in order—first insert the plug into the vehicle's charging port and then the charging gun into the plug.

6. When charging from a charging pile, ensure that the vehicle is parked within the planned range. If the cable is pulled too long causing the charging gun to hover when inserting into the vehicle's charging port, this will cause charging failure and damage to the vehicle's charging port.

    

 

05.Notice

 

• Only clean with a dry cloth

• Avoid disassembly, dropping, or heavy impact

• It is recommended that users first choose the brands of large charging stations, such as: Xiaoju Charging, Fast Charge, Kaimasis, LeCharge, Ishite, Telai Electric, etc.

• If charging is unsuccessful, you can try other charging piles within the station; many users have reported that some charging piles may be broken.

 

 

06. Warranty

This product has a warranty of 2 years. Our plug warranty will be void if it is found to have been previously opened or to have incurred damage due to misuse, operational errors, negligence, vehicle accidents, or modifications. Our warranty only covers natural wear and tear.
